Birthday Pop Up Card

I used Regal Rose, Pink Pirouette, Kiwi Kiss and Raspberry Tart DP papers. The Big Shot Pop-up Birthday Card die makes it pretty easy to assemble. I used Glue dots and glitter with a heat gun on the front. The Scallop oval and oval punches finished off the front.

Springtime Samples

As I approach some new workshops, I'm playing with some sets from the Occasions mini catalog. They are really cool. Hopefully, this doesn't ruin it for those who are going to be at the workshops, but I really wanted to get something fresh on the site.

The Choo Choo set is from the mini catalog. I love it. Riding hood red paper and ink, Pacific Point and Yoyo Yellow inks make it very kid friendly. I used the 1" circle punch, the ticket punch, the corner punch and the word window punch. I used Riding Hood Red ink on the tracks wheel. It was fun to make.

The Mother's Day card: Flowers and pearl center form the Pretties Kit, Almost AMethyst, Pink Pirouette and Tea Party DP papers. Certainly Celery ribbon. I used the sponge daubers to color the center of the flower with Pretty in Pink ink. Then I put Crystal Effects on the Center and placed the pearl in the center. I did this before adhering because the DP showed thru the center. When it was dry, I glued a 1" pink circle under the center and adhered to card. I also used the Big Shot texturz plate to give the pink paper an embossed look. Then I stamped using a stamp from the All Holidays set in Almost Amethyst. The Texturz plates are sooooo cool. They totally make the project!

The Father's Day card uses Sage Shadow, Barely Banana and Off White papers, Chocolate Chip ink and 5/8" ribbon. And I used sponge daubers to age the edges. I used the Thoughts of Father stamp set and Sweet Stems with versa mark for the background. (Sorry the pics are so dark. Someday I might get a good camera.
